Step 0 — Business Associate Agreement

Before we accept your EHR credentials, you must acknowledge our Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Your EHR password is held in a locked, encrypted state and is NOT used until the BAA is fully executed by your clinic and countersigned by our team.
